Policy All
sales are final. Refunds will be given at the discretion of
the management.
It is important that the goods are returned for you to receive
a replacement or refund.
If damaged or different from those ordered please contact
us immediately by phone

and return goods ordered in original packaging on receipt
we shall replace exactly as ordered. We
will endeavour to sort out a problem within 5 days of receiving
the complaint. Please report non-delivery after 20 days of
placing the order.
"Faulty" Goods
1. In the case of "faulty" goods, the Sale of Goods Act 1979
(as amended) establishes that consumers are allowed a "reasonable
time" within which to reject the goods for a full refund.
We class a reasonable time as 7 working days from receipt
of goods. During this time you,
the consumer is only required to "reject" those goods and
seek a full refund. The return of
those goods can be requested soon after this 7 day period.
Privacy
All information is kept strictly confidential in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information supplied by
our customers is used solely for the construction of our books
and for product updates. We never sell, share, trade or give
away any names, phone numbers or addresses to any outside
vendors. The only exception to this policy is in regards to
debt collection or fraudulent activity. We will send all pertinent
information to outside companies as deemed necessary to collect
any funds due or to curtail fraudulent activity. We are committed
to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information
we collect about you our own internal reasons. Firstly to
help process your order and secondly to keep you informed
of Storybook Stars offers. If you don't wish to be contacted
with future Storybook Stars promotions please email us at
unsubscribe@storybookstars.co.uk
and your details will be removed from our mailing list.
Complaints
Our aim is to deal with any problems and difficulties quickly
and fairly. We will do this by: monitoring all complaints
and suggestions to help us identify what is going wrong and
how we can improve; You will be informed within 5 working
days of our reply to your complaint. We will explain what
actions we intend to take to resolve the issue.

All financial transactions carried out with Storybook Stars
take place using secure servers. All information is encrypted
using state of the art SSL software. This software ensures
that no third party can access your details.
